Help Desk button Install (Ad Hoc)

1. Installation

1. Download the help desk button through this link:

   

   https://www.dropbox.com/s/7yravjq3cz9xziu/tier2tickets-1.1.14.30.msi?dl=1

2. Follow the steps to complete the install.

   

   NOTE: when asked what function key to apply to (F1-F12), select F1

It will ask to restart the computer, select “yes”

Congratulations, it is now installed!
